AAPN Calendar -- AAPN members may login and add events, webinars, etc. to this calendar. Note, you do not have to click on the EDIT tab.

Just scroll down this page to see the calendar and start using it.

To add an event for today click on ADD (on the calendar heading below)

To add a future event click on Detailed Entry (on the calendar heading below)

Here are some helpful hints on adding your events:

format and example	comments
event date time (notes) lunch thursday 1pm (cafe centro)	all sorts of combinations will work for dates and times: dec10, 9-10am, next tuesday, etc.
hyperlink dinner http://slanteddoor.com	urls will be added to the notes for an event and linked
[location] meeting thursday [164 south park, san francisco, ca]	square brackets create locations that link to a Google map and provide weather for that city
[home\|location] meeting mar4 [home\|164 south park, san francisco, ca]	if you set your home or work locale in Settings, then you will get directions from home (or work) to the location
tag tagOne tag tagTwo trip to hawaii jan3-8 tag personal tag travel	tag followed by a space brings a dropdown menu of existing tags (or lets you add a new one) -- events can have multiple tags
tag color dentist appointment tag blue	"easter egg" that will apply a font color for blue, navy, maroon, purple, green red, teal, magenta, olive, lime, orange, aqua and yellow
repeat interval yoga repeat every thursday	repeat space provides a drop down with repeat options
repeat interval until date pay heating bill repeat monthly until 6/1	gives repeats an end date -- a good idea!
* * big meeting	an asterisk assigns the tag "important" to an event, puts a star next to it and puts it at the top of the display
private doctor's appt. private	creates an event that is only visible to you even if you share your calendar
