Mr. Arias was the General manager of Aritex Group from 1991-2000, a company dedicated to the production of woven dress shirts and knit baby apparel. He joined Koramsa, the largest producer of woven bottoms in Guatemala, in 2000. Mr. Arias became President of the company in February 2006. In addition, Mr. Arias has been a member of the board of directors of the Apparel and Textile Commission in Guatemala since 1997 and served as President from August 2000 to July 2002. In addition, Mr. Arias has been a member of the board of directors of the Guatemalan Quotas Administration Commission since 2001.
