David's thoughts on today's industry: In an environment where by retailers are struggling with poor sales and shaky economy, just having cheap products is not enough to sustain them. More focus needs to be on design, quality, and speed. All three of these areas have unique attributes and “know-how” in order to execute successfully. As a spinner, we are trying to understand how we can contribute in all 3 areas. But, I also think that even in a strong economy, the focus should remain the same. Sometimes the market pushes you to change your standard operating procedures. The time to make head way in bringing programs back to this hemisphere is NOW.
