A consummate practitioner of RadiciSpandex’s tradition of accessible, personalized sales and customer service, she applies her 18 years experience in manufacturing, quality control, sales, and marketing to efficiently manage the Company’s long-term accounts, as well as to coordinate agent sales efforts in Canada. Reflecting current supply-chain trends in the ever-changing global textile industry, she also leads the Company’s outreach efforts among product development professionals in private label at North America’s leading retailers and apparel brands. Spandex is part of an enormous range of consumer, industrial and military applications. Upcoming speaking engagements include The Shape Symposia at Proctor & Gamble, Nike, and in January spoke at Direction Show. As a result of Direction Show, a fresh designer found fabric manufacturers and is now designing activewear for maternity. She is active in the AAPN and runs an annual integrated marketing campaign building on trade shows, industry meetings, business seminars and new business initiatives. She holds a B.S. degree in Textile Management from The College of Textiles at North Carolina State University. She was promoted to her current post after successfully doubling RadiciSpandex’s business in the domestic warp knit sector. Kim participates in various charitable activities both personally and professionally. She is a member of the Underfashion Club and the Intimate Apparel Square Club helping to raise funds for the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine’s pediatric unit. She has helped NCSU recruitment efforts by speaking to area high school students. |
