Mike has 30+ years experience in the apparel industry covering all areas of apparel manufacturing and started his career with Hampton Industries in 1975. Mike spends about 80% of his time in El Salvador with the remaining time visiting customers and attending AAPN events as well as Magic and Material World.

Set up manufacturing offices in Monterrey, Mexico and established contractor locations to manufacture better golf polo’s and industrial uniform plackets and Tee shirts made of 100% polyester with a moisture management finish. Overall responsibility for costing, production, quality, planning, and scheduling in multiple locations in El Salvador as well as Intex owned domestic fill in/sample line/special cuts. Fabric Quality Assurance for customers and fabrics for in house use. Assisted in converting fabric and trims as well as general fabric quality for Intex print plant for package and fabric customers for apparel.
