Teresa Nersesyan

Ms. Nersesyan began her career in wholesale working for such companies as Carol Little and  En Chante, a division Kellwood. She quickly moved into the retail arena and in 1997 took a job with Pacsun, a specialty teen retailer. She was a part of the tremendous success and growth of that company as it grew from 200 stores in 1997 to 1400 stores in 2006. She quickly worked her way up, being promoted to Director of Sourcing Operations on 2000. In 2004 she was  promoted to Vice President of Global Logistics and Trade Compliance. Teresa is a  dynamic executive with a proven track record of producing effective results, delivering IMU targets, managing costs and delivering high quality product to meet the needs of a specialty retailer. She excels at leading, motivating and managing large groups of people. She is a global thinker who anticipates the complex supply chain requirements of a fast growing retail business. A consumate professional who can architect and enable a supply chain to be a competitive advantage as well as continuously maximize profit for the organization.
